What is Muscle Testing?

Muscle Testing (also known as Nutrition Response Testing or applied kineseology) is a non-invasive way of analyzing the body to determine the underlying and root causes of your health challenges.

We use muscle testing to look at how well each organ, gland, or set of tissues is functioning. This is done by testing the body’s own neurological reflexes. Your practitioner will lay their hand on your outstretched arm while making contact with the reflex area with their other arm. If the area is seeking support (in other words, it has no energy), your nervous system will reduce your ability to keep your arm extended, thus letting your practitioner know you need support in that area.

This system of monitoring the body by testing the reflexes is proven to be extremely accurate clinically, which helps to identify exactly what your body needs.

We offer muscle testing in person at Destination Fitness in Duluth, MN

Your first visit is $120 and each visit after that is $50 (this does not include possible nutrtionals)
